PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic transistor which has a high mobility and a large current ON/OFF ratio, and is superior in storage stability.SOLUTION: An organic transistor comprises a compound expressed by the general formula (1). In the formula, Xto Xeach independently represent a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a straight-chain, branched or cyclic alkyl group, a straight-chain, branched or cyclic alkoxy group, a straight-chain, branched or cyclic alkoxyalkyl group, a straight-chain, branched or cyclic alkoxy alkoxy group, or a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group; adjacent two substituent groups selected from a combination of Xto Xand/or a combination of Xto Xmay be bonded with each other to make a substituted or unsubstituted benzene ring together with a substituted carbon atom; and Yand Yeach independently represent an oxygen atom or sulfur atom.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
