摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To synchronize a timing for acquiring motor related information by respective sensors connected by daisy chain.SOLUTION: An upper connection port (24-n) of a sensor (20-n) performs communication with an upper sensor (20-n) or an upper controller (10). A lower connection port (25-n) performs communication with a lower sensor (20-n). A command reception units (200-n, 205-n) receive a command from the upper controller (10). A standby time setting unit (202-n) sets at least a standby time according to a connection order of the upper sensor (20-n) or the upper controller (10), the current sensor (20-n), and the lower sensor (20-n). A motor related information acquisition unit (207-n) acquires motor related information on a motor at a timing determined by the command and a timing corresponding to the standby time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
