Disclosed are a beamforming method and device, which fall within the field of wireless communications. The method comprises: determining a channel matrix of first reference signals; adopting a product of a pre-set directional beam weight vector matrix and a directional beam weighting coefficient matrix as a model matrix of beamforming weights; adopting a product of the model matrix of the beamforming weights and a sounding reference signal coefficient matrix HSRS as a channel matrix of data signals; according to the channel matrix of the first reference signals, the channel matrix of the data signals and a pre-set constraint relation between the channel matrix of the first reference signals and the channel matrix of the data signals, determining the model matrix of the beamforming weights meeting the constraint relation as a beamforming weight matrix; and performing beamforming processing on the data signals according to the beamforming weight matrix. The present invention solves the problem that the antenna gain of a transmitting end is smaller, and achieves the effect of obtaining a narrower beam and more concentrated energy and increasing the antenna gain of the transmitting end. The present invention is applied to MIMO systems. |
