The present invention relates to an apparatus for the overlapping prevention and automatic alignment of flat plate type components, which secures the health and safety of a worker from harmful gas and minimizes the generation of defective products. The apparatus for the overlapping prevention and automatic alignment of flat plate type components comprises: a component inlet part (100) which has a hopper (110) and a sensor (120) fixed to the bottom of the hopper (110); multiple circular feeders (200) which automatically align and supply the components transferred from the component inlet part (100); a component supply part (300) which has multiple transfer belts (310), a drive motor (320) for driving the transfer belts (310), a drive pulley (330), and a driven pulley (340); a component discharge part (400) which has multiple moving bundles (410), multiple push blocks (420), multiple moving cylinders (430), multiple LM guides (440), and a mounting plate (450); a sliding part (500) which has a sliding panel (510), a fixing shaft (520) arranged on the bottom surface of the sliding panel (510), a cover body (530), and a sensor (550) fixed to the cover body (530); and a control part (600) which controls the operation of the component inlet part (100), the circular feeders (200), the component supply part (300), the component discharge part (400), and the sliding part (500) at once. |
