PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear motor structure that is capable of suppressing vibration and has high drive accuracy.SOLUTION: A linear motor structure comprises: a linear motor including a plurality of permanent magnets linearly aligned and arranged in a shaft and a movable element that includes a coil inside and is arranged outside the shaft coaxially with the shaft, the movable element being linearly driven along the shaft by energizing the coil; and a head part that performs reciprocation integrally with the movable element and vertically moves at a predetermined position to carry a work-piece. The linear motor structure comprises: a first fin provided to the side of the movable element opposite to the head part side; a heat conduction part including a first part positioned on the outer peripheral side of the head part side of a resin mold covering the outer periphery of the coil, extends along the axial direction of the coil, and protrudes more than the end of the coil in the axial direction, and a second part extending from the first part in the direction opposite to the head part; and a second fin provided on the tip side of the second part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
