PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To limit function processing by determining whether an owner is using a terminal or an authorized third party is using it from the lock state of the terminal device even if identification information on the terminal device is already registered when the terminal device comes close to an information processing device.SOLUTION: An information processing device for making radio communication with a terminal device obtains lock information from the terminal device in response to transition to a state in which the terminal device comes close to the information processing device and they can communicate.
