PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new technology suppressing light unevenness resulting from various factors until reaching a spatial optical modulator.SOLUTION: A lamp unit 110 includes a spatial optical modulator 14 configured to modulate incident light, and a first optical system provided on an optical path between a light source 10 and the spatial optical modulator 14 and configured to make light emitted from the light source 10 approach the spatial optical modulator 14.
