PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin molded vacuum valve which can easily fix an electric field relaxation shield fixed to a sealing metal fitting on the same axis of a vacuum insulating container and reliably relieve an electric field and stress relaxation.SOLUTION: The resin molded vacuum valve comprises a vacuum insulation container 1, a sealing metal fitting 2, a vacuum valve having a pair of contacts 5 which can be freely contacted and separated, an insulating layer provided around the vacuum valve by a mold, and an electric field relaxation ring 12 which is embedded in the insulating layer and is disposed so as to surround the sealing metal fitting 2 and is constituted of a circular plate portion 12a expanding in the radial direction and an outer peripheral portion 12b extending in the axial direction. A coaxial ring spacer 22 having a predetermined thickness is provided between the vacuum insulation container 1 and the outer peripheral portion 12b, and the electric field relaxation ring 12 is arranged coaxially with the vacuum insulation container 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
