PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus, an image processing method, and an imaging apparatus capable of performing a refocus process on a time lapse movie.SOLUTION: The image processing method comprises the steps of: designating a first in-focus position with respect to a first one of a plurality of frames constituting a time lapse movie, obtaining a first parallax image and a second parallax image included in a first image file corresponding to the first frame from a recording medium; calculating a first shift amount for a first in-focus position shift performed on the first parallax image and the second parallax image in order to focus on the first in-focus position; generating a first refocused image by performing the first in-focus position shift with the first shift amount and combining the first parallax image and the second parallax image after the first in-focus position shift; and regenerating the time lapse moving picture by replacing the first frame with the first refocused image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6B |
