FORCE SENSOR AND FORCE DETECTOR USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a force sensor capable of reducing the thickness and a force detector using the same.SOLUTION: A force sensor 2 includes a detection block 6 formed of: a detection part 20; a first plate 21 and a second plate 22; and an elastic body 23. The first plate 21 and the second plate 22 are arranged so as to sandwich the detection part 20 from both sides of the predetermined detection direction. The elastic body 23 is arranged for positioning a distance between the first plate 21 and the second plate 22. The detection part 20 is formed so as to receive a load applied by the first plate 21 and the second plate 22 in a direction along the detection direction. The detection block 6 has a through-hole 200 to penetrate in the detection direction. The detection block 6 has an opening 201 for opening the through-hole 200 to the outside along a plane orthogonal to the detection direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
