PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compounds for the treatment of neuropsychiatric disorders.SOLUTION: The invention provides compositions formulized as a pancreatin containing digestive enzymes, and in order to reduce one or more symptoms of neuropsychiatric disorder, a method for treating an individual with neuropsychiatric disorder using a digestive enzyme and a derivative thereof in order to alleviate the symptoms of neuropsychiatric disorder.
