PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential gear assembling method which alleviates burdens from side gears when inserting a pinion shaft, and can reduce the defective insertion of the pinion shaft, with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A differential gear assembling method comprises a turning process S130 for blocking an opening part 11A by a guide face 21F, and making a pair of pinion gears 12, 12 turn between a pair of side gears 13, 13, and an insertion process S140 for inserting a pinion shaft 16 into a pair of case axial holes 11B, 11B and a pair of pinion axial holes 12A, 12A from the outside of a differential case 11. The turning process S130 is performed in a state that a salient part 30 is embedded into the guide face 21F, and the insertion process S140 is performed in a state that the salient part 30 is made salient from the guide face 21F toward the pair of side gears 13, 13, the pair of side gears 13, 13 are pressed by the salient part 30, and loads which withstand energization forces of disc springs 17, 17 are made to act on the pair of side gears 13, 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
