PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which, when frequencies to be used in a first radio communication device and second radio communication device match, communication of the second radio communication device cannot be disturbed as enabling communication of the first radio communication device.SOLUTION: A radio communication device implementing radio communication between a first radio communication device and the radio communication device includes: a disturbance wave transmitter; a determination device; and a radio communication device. The disturbance wave transmitter is configured to determine a first schedule transmitting a disturbance wave for disturbing communication of the second radio communication device; and transmit the disturbance wave according to the first schedule. The determination device is configured to determine a second schedule for implementing radio communication between the determination device and the first radio communication device on the basis of the first schedule without being affected by an influence of the disturbance wave. The radio communication device is configured to implement the radio communication between the first radio communication device and the radio communication device according to the second schedule.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 28
