PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress positional deviations of a position of a cable pulled out from a pulley and a position of the cable wound around the pulley in a slide device for a vehicle seat capable of moving the seat along a slide rail on a floor by spirally winding up the cable wired between an occupant seat and the vehicle floor, around the pulley on the seat, by shifting the pulley in a thrust direction of its rotation axis in response to a shift of cable winding position on the pulley so as to offset the shift of cable winding position on the pulley.SOLUTION: A slide device for a vehicle seat comprises sheaves 71, 72, which are disposed on a seat 10 to guide a wiring position of a cable 60 moving from a pulley 50 toward a floor 15. The pulley 50 is movably supported in a thrust direction of rotation axis 41 of the pulley 50 with regard to the seat 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
