PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil separator that makes it easy to check the quantity of drain liquid.SOLUTION: An oil separator 5 comprises: an intake port 16 into which compressed air flows; an exhaust port 17 from which clean air is expelled; a filter part for separating compressed air into gas and liquid; a drain bowl 30 for impounding drain liquid separated from compressed air; and a protective cover 80 for protecting a translucent part.
