Disclosed are a base station access method and apparatus, and a storage medium. The method flow comprises: when receiving an access request from a user, detecting whether the user is a pre-set user; when it is detected that the user is a pre-set user, judging whether the remaining baseband resources in a base station are enough for the access by the pre-set user; when the baseband resources are not enough for the access by the pre-set user, deleting users that have the lowest priority and occupy the most resources from users having accessed a cell to which the pre-set user belongs, and releasing the baseband resources occupied thereby until the remaining baseband resources are enough for the access by the pre-set user; and allocating the remaining baseband resources to the pre-set user for the pre-set user to access the base station. |
