Embodiments of the present invention provide a data transmission method and apparatus. The method comprises: an AP receives information of interference to a STA, returned by the STA; determining not to transmit data in a remaining interference time of a main interference source according to the information of interference to the STA, and transmit data at a high speed after the remaining interference time of the main interference source ends; or determine to transmit the data at a low speed within the remaining interference time of the main interference source, and transmit the data at a high speed after the remaining interference time of the main interference source ends. Accordingly transmission of data to be sent can be completed faster, thereby improving the efficiency of data transmission and improving the unitization rate of wireless resources. |
