PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet conveyance device capable of reliably exhibiting a function of pressing a discharged sheet toward a support surface by a pressing member and easily performing the work of removing a sheet jammed in the periphery of the pressing member.SOLUTION: An image reading device 1 comprises a conveyance part 4, a discharge part 40 and a supply tray 110. The discharge part 40 discharges a conveyed sheet SH to a discharge tray 120. The discharge part 40 includes a pressing member 100 and a first stopper 111. The pressing member 100 is provided so as to be able to approach and be separated from a support surface 120A of the discharge tray 120 and presses the discharged sheet SH toward the support surface 120A. The first stopper 111 is displaced between the first position defining the first limit position where the pressing member 100 is separated from the support surface 120A and the second position allowing the pressing member 100 to go beyond the first limit position from the support surface 120A and further be separated with displacement of the supply tray 110.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 |
