PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kit including a specimen for detecting target gene to prevent misjudgment caused by the undesirability of a hybridizing temperature.SOLUTION: The kit for detecting the target gene includes the specimen and a standard gene. A probe for detection, comprising an oligonucleotide hybridizing with the target gene at a temperature of from Tmin°C to Tmax°C, and first probe and second probe for monitoring the hybridization are immobilized on the specimen. The first probe comprises an oligonucleotide hybridizing with the standard gene at a temperature lower than the Tmin°C but does not hybridize with the standard gene at a temperature not lower than the Tmin°C, and the second probe comprises an oligonucleotide hybridizing with the standard gene at a temperature not higher than the Tmax°C but not hybridizing with the standard gene at a temperature higher than the Tmax°C. |
