PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power restriction stringency warning system capable of surely reporting that power restriction gets stringent, without separately providing a device for reporting a warning and without disturbing business.SOLUTION: A power restriction stringency warning system 10 is used for a building 20 including lighting devices 22 installed beforehand and is configured to report a warning so as not to exceed a contract demand value contracted with a power company regarding a demand value that is an average power consumption value in a demand time limit. The power restriction stringency warning system 10 comprises: measurement means 21 for measuring actual power consumption that is a measurement of electric energy being consumed in the building 20; determination means 32 for determining whether a predictive demand value which is predicted on the basis of the actual power consumption measured by the measurement means 21 exceeds the contract demand value; and luminance control means 33 for reporting that power restriction gets stringent by changing a luminance of the lighting devices within the building in the case where the determination means 32 determines that the predictive demand value exceeds the contract demand value. |
