PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust collection unit including a filter part having a rectangular cross-sectional shape, and a vacuum cleaner including the same.SOLUTION: A dust collection unit includes: a dust cup which is formed into a cylindrical shape having a bottom part and has an opening part opposite to the bottom part; an inner cylinder unit discharging air in which dust has been separated in the dust cup; a filter part covering the upper part of the inner cylinder unit; and a cup cover unit covering the filter part and having an air flow discharging port. The filter part includes: a filter body gathered in one direction; and a filter frame forming an edge of the filter body. The filter frame is formed into a rectangular shape composed of two sides along the gathering direction and two sides almost perpendicular to the two sides. |
