PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for improvement of water quality of e.g. rivers, lakes and bays involving problems of drift of emusified oil by coating with a surfactant due to a spill treatment of heavy oil.SOLUTION: A water quality improvement method comprises increasing the oxygen concentration of air passing through an air filter by supercharging or an oxygen concentration apparatus, causing the air to enter an ion generator, ionizing the air taken in the ion generator at a rate of 10,000-1,000,000 ions/cc and feeding to a connection port on a water pipe, causing the water sucked by a water suction pump to pass through the water absorption filter or a raising light ray radiation device to enhance the permeability, sucking the ionized air through the connection port, converting preliminarily to micro-bubbles in a vortex turbulence generator, micronizing the bubbles further by using a micro bubble generation nozzle which sprays the treating water with acceleration by reducing the opening diameter and discharging the treating water far away. |
