PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin washing agent composition having good stretch in use, high cleansing power for a skin cosmetic such as a makeup cosmetic, particularly a sunscreen agent, excellent foaming and foam quality and excellent refresh-feeling after rinsing, and preventing tension-feeling.SOLUTION: A skin washing agent composition contains a, b, c and d components below, where a component is 8 to 30 mass%, b component is 2 to 15 mass%, c component is 0.5 to 10 mass%, d component is 2 to 20 mass%, and the mass ratio of a component to d component, a/d, is 0.7 to 4. a. a fatty acid potassium salt mixture with potassium laurate being 20 to 60 mass%, potassium myristate being 5 to 40 mass%, potassium palmitate being 0 to 5 mass% and potassium oleate being 20 to 60 mass%; b. one kind or two or more kinds of amphoteric surfactants selected from amide amino acid-type amphoteric surfactants such as sodium N-cocoil-N'-hydroxyethyl-N'-carboxymethyl ethylenediamine, amidobetaine-type amphoteric surfactants such as coconut oil fatty acid amidopropyl dimethylaminoacetic acid betaine, and alkyliminodicarboxylic acid-type amphoteric surfactants such as sodium lauryliminodiacetic acid; c. acylmethyl taurine-type anionic surfactants such as sodium N-caproyl-N-methyl taurine; and d. a polyoxyethylene fatty acid glyceryl-type nonionic surfactant. |
