PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an electric power supply defect of an electric power supply part which supplies electric power to an object of electric power supply at one end of the object of electric power supply.SOLUTION: A device having a cleaning device comprises: a rotating power-supplied body; a surface layer formed on an outer peripheral surface of the power-supplied body and having unevenness made spiral on an axis of rotation of the power-supplied body; a power supply part coming into contact with one end of the power-supplied body in the direction of the axis of rotation to supply electric power to the power-supplied body; a shaft part arranged along the direction of the axis of rotation of the power-supplied body; and a cleaning material which is arranged on an outer peripheral surface of the shaft part spirally from one end side to the other end side in the axial direction, and comes into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the power-supplied body to be driven to rotate together with the shaft part and then cleans the surface layer. The unevenness of the surface layer and the cleaning material are spiral in a spiral direction in which matter sticking on the surface layer is conveyed to the other end side of the power-supplied body in the direction of the axis of rotation as the power-supplied body rotates and the cleaning member is driven to rotate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
