PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate input of print setting, in a printer on a network printing system.SOLUTION: Print setting information D12 input by means of a print setting screen in a user terminal 1 can be registered and stored in a storage section 25 of a printer 2, by checking a checkbox to register the information on a printer 2 on the print setting screen. The registered print setting information D12 associated with a group to which a user belongs is extracted from the storage section 25, by operating a "call" button 161 on the print setting screen of the user terminal 1, and is received by the user terminal 1 from the printer 2. When the user terminal 1 receives the print setting information D12, a title list of the print setting information D12 to be displayed in a pull-down menu section 163 of the print setting screen is updated to include a title of the print setting information D12 received from the printer 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
