PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell including a conductor conducting electricity which makes a shielded area small, particularly a contact finger, a collector, particularly a bus bar, and a solar cell connection conductor.SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a solar cell 1 includes a step in which, while a conductor 6 is mechanically connected by a conductive coating material 7 so as to have electro-conductivity, the conductive coating material 7 is generated on the solar cell 1 in a galvanic electrical manner or in an electrochemical manner, or by plasma spraying the conductor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
