PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LCD with a touch panel that can simplify a configuration and reduce its size, and can be manufactured at a low cost by eliminating FPCs attached to a liquid crystal display panel as much as possible, and to improve detection sensitivity and make the detection sensitivity uniform in the entire capacitance detection area.SOLUTION: An array-side substrate 1 includes projections P1 and P2 projecting to the outside from a color filter-side substrate 2 in plan view and has an external connection terminal 14 formed on the projection P1. A first capacitance detection electrode line 7 is formed from a first driving circuit 4 side to a side opposite thereto, and has an end on the opposite side electrically connected to one end of a leader wiring 7L that is formed on a face on a liquid crystal 11 side of the array-side substrate 1 via a conductive member 30.
