PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage system equipped with a plurality of storages, in which the performance of reading information from other storages when restoring data in a storage that has gone down is improved.SOLUTION: A storage device according to the present invention comprises: one or more first storages 5; a readout unit 42 for reading out a plurality of pieces of first block information stored by the one or more first storages 5 from the one or more first storages 5 in order of a storage area address, the plurality of first block information being used to restore a plurality of pieces of second block information stored by a second storage 5 that has gone down; and an output unit 41 for outputting the first block information having been read out from the one or more first storages 5 by the readout unit 42 to the destination of restoration of the plurality of second block information in order to restore the plurality of pieces of second block information stepwise.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
