PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor drive device that can improve sensitivity of a physical quantity, and reduce an input level difference to an AFE in detection of the prescribed physical quantity and temperature.SOLUTION: The sensor drive device is configured to drive a sensor unit that is connected between a main power source giving power source potential and a reference power source set to potential lower than the power source potential, includes at least one of gage resistors of which a resistance value varies by deformation due to external force and constitutes a Wheatstone bridge. The sensor drive device comprises: a first resistor that is serially connected to the sensor unit between the main power source and the sensor unit; a second resistor that is connected between the reference power source and the sensor unit; and further a temperature output unit that is parallely connected to the main power source in parallel with the sensor unit. The temperature output unit includes two output terminals that output a potential difference smaller than a potential difference between one end on a main power source side in the sensor unit and one end on a reference power source side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
