PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor capable of ensuring a high electric capacitance with a low dielectric loss.SOLUTION: A capacitor 1 includes a solid electrolyte layer 3 mainly composed of a solid electrolyte having lithium ion conductivity, and a first electrode 9 and a second electrode 11 formed on the solid electrolyte layer 3. The capacitor 1 has insulating layers 5, 7 between at least one of the pair of electrodes 9, 11 and the solid electrolyte layer 3. When the total thickness of the insulating layers 5, 7 is T(μm), the relative permittivity of the insulating layers 5, 7 is ε, and the thickness at a part sandwiched by the pair of electrodes 9, 11 is T(μm), following condition is satisfied; 1/30000≤T/(ε×T)≤1/3000.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
