PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a music data search device capable of improving search accuracy (correctness) compared to a prior art.SOLUTION: An electronic musical instrument 10 stores a plurality of pieces of music data formed of a plurality of pieces of musical performance part data indicating musical performance of a plurality of respective musical performance parts. The electronic musical instrument 10 acquires musical performance data including pitch information indicating a pitch of each musical tone and timing information indicating a sound production timing of the musical tone. Then, the electronic musical instrument 10 determines a musical performance part included in the musical performance indicated by the musical performance data. Then, the electronic musical instrument 10 calculates similarity of musical performance of a predetermined musical performance part of the musical performance parts of the stored music data corresponding to the determined musical performance part and musical performance of the determined musical performance part. Now, the electronic musical instrument 10 generates and outputs search result data indicating a search result of the music data similar to the musical performance data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
