PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat plate type solid electrolyte fuel cell having a low level of deterioration as a battery in operating conditions such as changing loads and frequently repeated start and stop in the fuel cell for a moving body.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a cell stack which is an assembly of cell units formed by oppositely arranging fuel electrode surfaces of two flat plate type cells on both end surfaces of a fuel electrode frame 02 made of a non-conducting, non-metal material so as to face inward to each other, and also arranging an air electrode frame 03 made of the non-conducting, non-metal material at the outer part of each air electrode surface of the cells.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
