PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To desaturate soil by efficiently and reliably replacing underground water with bubble containing liquid.SOLUTION: A soil desaturation system 1 comprises a groundwater flow generation system 4. The groundwater flow generation system 4 has a first and a second drain materials 41a and 41b. The drain materials 41a and 41b are: installed in an improvement object region 3 of the ground 2 in parallel to each other at a predetermined interval C; extended in a vertical direction; and permeable. One of the drain materials 41a and 41b is used for injecting water and the other of the drain materials 41a and 41b is used for pumping water from the improvement object region 3. An injection port 75 of an injection pipe 73 is arranged between the drain materials 41a and 41b in the improvement object region 3. The injection pipe 73 is supplied with microbubble containing water from a microbubble water generation device 71. The microbubble water injected through the injection port 75 of the injection pipe 73 permeates the improvement object region 3 by a groundwater flow generated between the drain materials 41a and 41b. |
