PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for stably manufacturing an iron supplement confectionery with new taste and texture, allowing an appropriate amount of iron to be easily supplied.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing granular iron supplement confectionery comprises the following steps. Wheat flour is attached to granular dried fruit with use of syrup so as to form a first adhesion layer (a first flour-wrapping step). Starch is attached to form a second adhesion layer (a second flour-wrapping step). Fine powder is attached to form a third adhesion layer (a third flour-wrapping step). Wheat flour is attached to form a fourth adhesion layer (a fourth flour-wrapping step). The dried fruit having the fourth adhesion layer is roasted (a roasting step). A fifth flour including iron-containing salt and folic acid is attached with use of oil so as to form a fifth adhesion layer (a fifth flour-wrapping step). A dehydration treatment of dried fruit is performed between the first flour-wrapping step and the second flour-wrapping step. |
