PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sugar-free carbonic acid drink with a high carbonic acid gas concentration having a new texture free from strong stimulation to a throat while maintaining satisfaction as a carbonic acid drink without exerting influence on taste.SOLUTION: Provided is a sugar-free carbonic acid drink in which pH is 6.5 or more, hardness is 100 to 3,150 mg/L, and also, the concentration of carbonic acid gas is 6.0 to 10.0 g/L. |
