PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience of a user reconfirming e-mail about event information.SOLUTION: An e-mail processing unit outputs data on a display screen (message display screen) of e-mail about an event including attached information (office ACCESS information, office MAP information, meeting room map information) and time/place information, to a client (S110), outputs data on a screen including the attached information and the date/place information to the client when the attached information is selected (S126), records the screen information on a storage mode table (S130), and outputs the recorded screen to the client on receipt of a request from the client to display the e-mail about the event after recording. |
