PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably suppress noise received by each point on the ground to an assumed level or less regardless of changes of noise distribution due to a weather condition.SOLUTION: A flight path deriving apparatus 120 is equipped with: a noise distribution acquisition section 150 which acquires noise distribution that occurs when an aircraft flew on a standard flight path being a standard flight path; a deviation amount transition deriving section 170 which derives deviation amount transition showing transition of a deviation amount of noise with respect to the standard flight path based on the noise distribution; a symmetric transition deriving section 172 which derives symmetric transition symmetrical to the deviation amount transition by using the standard flight path as a reference; and a revised flight path deriving section 174 which derives a revised flight path on which an aircraft can fly based on the symmetric transition. |
