PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image discrimination system capable of accurately discriminating the presence or absence of an accretion of a camera in a photographic image or appearance of the camera in the photographic image.SOLUTION: An image discrimination system that discriminates the presence or absence of an accretion of a camera in a photographic image or appearance of the camera in the photographic image includes feature quantity detection means that detects a pixel point of an image feature quantity from image data of the photographic image, and turning state detection means that detects a turning state of a self vehicle. If the difference between the position of the pixel point of the image feature quantity attained when the self vehicle is rectilinearly traveling and the position of the pixel point of the image feature quantity attained when the self vehicle is turning is equal to or smaller than a predetermined value, a discrimination is made that the accretion or appearance is present in the photographic image. |
