FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to sterilization of medical instruments. For this purpose, a sterilized tool simultaneously is radiated with ultraviolet radiation and active gas medium containing ozone and atomic oxygen. Active gas medium contains nonequilibrium low-temperature plasma and is subjected to cyclic pressure changing. Each cycle of active gas medium includes a step for reducing pressure to 0.05-0.4 kPa, holding at this pressure for several minutes, further increase of active gas medium pressure to the normal value and holding at this pressure for several minutes.
