摘要 The invention provides a reinforced hollow fibrous membrane and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) preparing a composite filament into a hollow tubular braided fabric as a reinforcement of a hollow fibrous membrane by adopting a two-dimensional knitting technology, wherein the composite filament is made by doubling cellulose acetate filaments and synthetic fiber filaments; 2) taking cellulose acetate as a film formation polymer, and preparing a separating layer casting film solution according to a solution phase conversion method casting film solution; 3) uniformly coating the separating layer casting film solution to the surface of the hollow tubular braided fabric obtained in the step 1) by adopting a godet traction and coating technology, and forming to obtain the reinforced hollow fibrous membrane after the air bath and the coagulating bath. According to the preparation method provided by the invention, the technical problems that a heterogeneous reinforced membrane is low in binding intensity and a homogeneous reinforced membrane is easy to form a compact area can be solved at the same time; furthermore, the reinforced hollow fibrous membrane is high in interface bonding intensity and low in filter resistance, and is free from compact layers between layers.
