PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an order management system capable of easily performing language switching.SOLUTION: An order management system includes an electronic apparatus 60 (a foreign language input-output terminal) and an order management device. The electronic apparatus 60 includes a storage part 605 for storing menu information including a first character string by a first language, a first transmission part (a communication part 604) for transmitting the first character string and information showing a second language, a reception part (the communication part 604) for receiving a second character string obtained by translating the first character string into the second language by a translation server, a display control part 601 (a CPU) for performing control for displaying the second character string received by the reception part in a display part 602, and a second transmission part (the communication part 604) for transmitting order data inputted on the basis of a display of the display part to the order management device.
