The present invention relates to intellectual property designed to solve the problem about the weather index. The present invention relates to meteorology which is a detailed field of scientific technique. The prior art provides a discomfort index device, a humidity-temperature tool, or the like. The multiplication of the dry bulb and the relative humidity, in comparison with the existing invention of the dry bulb and the humid bulb, can be used by a user in a precise manner in the modern society. First, the formula of (Dry bulb temperature) x relative humidity is used. Second, as stated above, in a formula of an error calculation range, a product is produced in 5% of significance level by performing t test statistics verification. Thirdly, by applying the formula to real life, a continuous calculation value is put into a first formula. |
