PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw compressor (1) having reduced size and weight by reducing the axial length of a bearing holder (35) which holds a bearing (36) supporting a driving shaft (21) and the outer peripheral face of which serves as a guide face (37) for the operation of a slide valve (70).SOLUTION: In the screw compressor (1) having a screw rotor (40) and a slide valve driving hydraulic cylinder (87) arranged on both sides of the bearing (36), the end of the bearing holder (35) on the opposite side to the screw rotor (40) is constructed as a cylinder tube (81) of the hydraulic cylinder (87) to integrate the bearing holder (35) and the hydraulic cylinder (87) with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
