The weight detecting device has a patient scale (4) which is arranged to detect a weighing process and to detect actual weight of a patient present on the scale. An output unit is arranged to read the detected actual weight of the patient at the patient scale and to output the detected actual weight in a predetermined data format in a data network (2). An image information receiving unit (4a,6a) is provided with a visual field on the patient scale for the visual detection of weighing process and is arranged to record a sequence of the weighing process. An independent claim is included for a dialysis therapy system with working stations.
