PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coaxial magnetron which allows high-duty-ratio pulse driving and can suppress frequency drift.SOLUTION: A coaxial magnetron has a structure in which heat generated in the vicinity of a negative electrode 1 is released via a heat dissipation member 15 arranged in a tuning shaft 11. The heat dissipation member is fixedly arranged in a tuning box 10 via a buffer member 16. As a result, even if the heat dissipation member is thermally expanded, the heat is released by keeping thermal contact with a tuning arm 12. This structure prevents heat stress from being transmitted to the tuning arm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
