PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide hydrogen generating cloth and hydrogen generating paper that can supply hydrogen to an object such as skin directly in contact with the object, as well as production methods thereof.SOLUTION: The inventors have concluded that hydrogen can be easily taken in in daily life when hydrogen can be generated on cloth and paper as hydrogen generating products. Accordingly, the present invention provides hydrogen generating cloth and hydrogen generating paper containing a substance reacting with water to generate hydrogen. The hydrogen generating cloth and the hydrogen generating paper can supply hydrogen to an object such as skin directly in contact with the object. Therefore, the present invention is widely and preferably used for applications such as cosmetics, medical supplies, clothing, bedding, construction materials, furniture, stationery and daily-use goods, particularly applications for which hydrogen supply is necessary. |
