PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the operation of a touch panel with gloves on.SOLUTION: A liquid for touch panel operation comprises at least one surfactant and at least one high-molecular polymer. Application of the liquid for touch panel operation to gloves allows operation of a capacitance type touch panel while wearing the gloves. An applicator for the liquid for touch panel operation includes the liquid for touch panel operation, a storage part which stores the liquid for touch panel operation, and a container which has application means for applying the liquid for touch panel operation. |
