PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biaxially-oriented polyester film heat-sealability imparting method that is at high efficiency and with high safety.SOLUTION: The method includes, in a predetermined region of a film made of a laminate including a layer of biaxially-oriented polyester on the surface, irradiating, while scanning, a laser beam to the layer of biaxially-oriented polyester, to impart a heat-sealability to the predetermined region of the layer of biaxially-oriented polyester.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
