PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep the strength of a conveying surface and to prevent scarring on a film-like object.SOLUTION: In a floating conveyance device 10 comprising a conveyance surface 14 provided with countless openings to discharge a fluid, a film-like object F1 is conveyed from the conveyance surface 14 by the fluid discharged from the countless openings while being floated. The conveyance surface 14 is laminated with: a control layer 21 having countless small holes 21a as the countless openings and controlling the discharge amount of the fluid; and reinforcement layers 23, 24 having countless large holes 23a, 24a which are larger than the small holes 21a as the countless openings and compensating for the strength of the control layer 21. |
