Novelty: a crown designed to hinder liquid gas from escaping from gas cylinders is disclosed. Constitution: a crown (1) peripherally adapted to the upper internal part of the liquid gas cylinder, three or more ribs (2) ending in the centre (3) of the crown, the circular base (4) having the peripheral wall (5). Utilization mode: once the crown is applied to the gas cylinder, the circular base (4) takes place under the perforation point of the gas cylinder; once the device is connected to the cylinder, the end point (7) pierces this last, the circular base (4) of the crown (1) is taken away from the perforation point and the ribs (2) are downwardly bent by pressure, allowing the liquid gas to move from the gas cylinder to the device; once the end point (7) is removed, the circular base (4) stops being subjected to pressure, the ribs (2) return to their initial position and the circular base (4) fits around the aperture (8), stopping the liquid gas from escaping. |
